Each entrée is served with our freshly baked homemade muffins and rolls.  Plus your choice of: vegetable of the day, cole slaw or applesauce and french fries, smashed potatoes or rice. 

Broiled-Broiled in lemon, butter and white wine.

Almondine-Baked in lemon butter sauce and topped with roasted almonds.

Fried-Lightly breaded and deep fried to a golden brown.

Imperial-Stuffed with back fin crab meat, then topped with Imperial sauce and lightly browned.

Blackened-Coated with cajun spices, then seared to seal in the natural juices.

Pecan Encrusted-Coated with roasted pecans and fresh herbs, then baked to perfection.

Macadamia Encrusted-Baked with a crunchy topping of macadamia nuts.
